Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the mobile game “Wadada Guardian” (the “Game”) provided by Jkong (the “Service Provider”). By downloading or using the Game, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before playing.

• The Game automatically creates a device-based anonymous account; no separate sign-up is required.
• You are responsible for keeping your device secure to protect your account and game data.
• You may delete your account and all game data at any time via the in-game Settings ▸ Delete Account. Deleted data (including currency, gear, and progress) cannot be recovered.
• The Service Provider does not guarantee recovery of data lost due to device changes, resets, or app deletion.

Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the Game, any part of it, or its trademarks is strictly prohibited. Extracting source code, reverse engineering, and creating derivative works are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Game remain the property of the Service Provider.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Forging or tampering with game data (currency, items, progress, ranking scores, etc.)
• Modifying the game client, manipulating memory, or using unauthorized third-party programs, macros, or cheat tools
• Intercepting or manipulating communication with the game servers, or accessing the servers in an abnormal way
• Obtaining currency or items through fraudulent means, including forged purchases

For accounts confirmed or reasonably suspected of such conduct, the Service Provider may restrict use, reclaim fraudulently obtained assets, and suspend or permanently delete the account without prior notice. No compensation will be provided for virtual items or purchases associated with such accounts.

• In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; payments and refunds follow each store's policies.
• Virtual currency (diamonds, coins, etc.) and in-game items have no real-world monetary value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or sold outside the Game.
• Virtual items are forfeited upon account deletion or sanctions under Section 4, without separate compensation.
• The composition and pricing of purchasable items may change with prior notice.

The Game may include banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Watching rewarded ads is optional. If you purchase the ad-removal product, forced ads (banner and interstitial) will no longer be shown; rewarded-ad features remain available.

• The Service Provider may change the Game's content (including balance, features, and content) at any time.
• Updates may be required for continued play, and support for specific versions may end after notice.
• The Service Provider may discontinue the service entirely when unavoidable, with advance notice such as an in-game announcement.

• Playing the Game may require an internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for issues caused by network failures or mobile data charges.
• The Service Provider is not responsible for problems occurring on rooted or jailbroken devices.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Game.

The Game uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own terms:

• Google Play Services / Google AdMob (advertising)
• Google Firebase (authentication, data storage, analytics, crash reporting)
• Apple App Store / Google Play (payments)
• Unity (game engine and related services)

These terms may be updated from time to time, and updates will be posted on this page. Significant changes may also be announced in the Game. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
