Privacy Policy

Jkong (the “Service Provider”) collects and uses information as described below in providing the mobile game “Wadada Guardian” (the “Game”). The Game can be played without sign-up and does not ask for direct identity information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

• Anonymous account identifier: an anonymous account ID (Firebase UID) generated automatically on first launch. It is not linked to your real identity or contact details.
• Nickname: the display name you set in the Game (shown on rankings).
• Game data: progress (stages, levels), owned currency/items/gear, and settings — to save and restore your progress.
• Gameplay records: stages played, results, play time, and a random per-device analytics identifier — for balancing and service improvement.
• Purchase information: in-app purchases are processed by Apple/Google. The Service Provider receives only receipts and transaction identifiers for purchase verification, and never collects financial details such as card numbers.
• Advertising identifier: Google AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID to serve ads.
• Device and error information: device model, OS version, language, app version, and crash logs — for bug fixing and compatibility.

• Providing the Game: saving/restoring progress, providing rankings
• Purchase verification and detection/sanctioning of fraud (data tampering, forged purchases)
• Serving ads (for users who have not purchased ad removal)
• Statistical analysis to improve game balance and features
• Diagnosing errors and improving stability

Information is processed by or through the following services:

• Google Firebase — anonymous authentication, game data storage, crash reporting (subject to Google's privacy policy)
• Google AdMob — advertising (advertising ID, etc.)
• Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app payment processing
• Supabase — storage of anonymous gameplay analytics logs

Servers for these services may be located outside your country of residence, in which case collected information may be stored and processed abroad.

• Game data is retained while your account exists.
• You can delete your account and game data at any time via in-game Settings ▸ Delete Account.
• Purchase-verification records may be retained as long as necessary to handle refund disputes and to comply with legal obligations.
• Anonymized statistics that cannot identify individuals may continue to be used for service improvement.

• Delete your account and data: available immediately via in-game Settings ▸ Delete Account.
• Reset your advertising ID or limit ad personalization: available in your device settings (iOS: Privacy ▸ Tracking / Android: Ads).

The Game is not primarily directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has provided information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians with concerns may contact us at the address below.

This policy may be updated from time to time, and updates will be posted on this page. Significant changes may also be announced in the Game.
